La momentul respectiv departamentele de Key Account Management erau formate dintr-un singur om a\u0219a c\u0103 a trebuit s\u0103 fiu manager, negociator, om de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, merchandiser \u0219i acela\u0219i timp s\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc strategia, s\u0103 fac forecasturi \u0219i planuri promo\u021bionale taylor made. Apoi, am fost cooptat\u0103 \u00eentr-unul dintre cele mai ambi\u021bioase proiecte antreprenoriale pe care le-a avut pia\u021ba de retail rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, Univers\u2019All. Aici, timp de trei ani, am pus bazele expertizei mele \u00een materie de retail \u2013 de la achizi\u021bii, tehnici de negociere specifice retailerilor, \u00een\u021belegerea profilului de cump\u0103r\u0103tori, construc\u021bie de sortimenta\u021bie, layout de magazin, planograme, p\u00e2n\u0103 la strategii promo\u021bionale \u0219i de pre\u021b \u2013 dar \u0219i de management al resurselor umane, fiind implicat\u0103 activ \u00een zona de recrutare, preg\u0103tire \u0219i motivare a personalului din magazine.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>\u00cen 2004 am fost recrutat\u0103 de c\u0103tre Mega Image pe pozi\u021bia de Buying Manager Dry Foods, Drinks \u0219i Non-food, moment care a coincis chiar cu preluarea integral\u0103 a re\u021belei de magazine de c\u0103tre grupul belgian Delhaize. Un alt proiect la \u00eenceput de drum, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 la acel moment Mega Image avea doar 16 magazine, nici un depozit logistic \u0219i un departament de achizi\u021bii extrem de restr\u00e2ns. Din aceast\u0103 pozi\u021bie am stabilit politica comercial\u0103 \u0219i de pre\u021b, am ini\u021biat procese care nu existau pana in acel moment: promovarea in store, aranjarea produselor prin reguli de merchandising \u0219i planograme, proiecte de category. Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd am pus bazele structurii departamentului de achizi\u021bii \u0219i am format o echip\u0103 de profesioni\u0219ti de care sunt foarte m\u00e2ndr\u0103.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Trei ani mai t\u00e2rziu, \u00een 2007, am preluat \u0219i departamentul Fresh \u0219i pozi\u021bia de Buying Manager, iar \u00een 2011 am fost numit\u0103 Director Comercial \u0219i Membru \u00een Comitetul Executiv. Am fost astfel primul rom\u00e2n care a ocupat aceast\u0103 pozi\u021bie de la preluarea Mega Image de c\u0103tre Delhaize. Din noua pozi\u021bie am coordonat departamentele Achizi\u021bii, Merchandising, Princing, Promo\u021bii In-Store \u0219i Calitatea \u0219i Siguran\u021ba Alimentelor. De asemenea, am avut \u0219ansa s\u0103 \u00eemi pun amprenta asupra lans\u0103rii \u0219i dezvolt\u0103rii conceptului uneia dintre cele mai apreciate \u0219i recunoscute marci private locale: brandul Gusturi Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti precum \u0219i a unora dintre cele mai avangardiste concepte din pia\u021ba local\u0103 de retail: Concept store-urile Pia\u021ba Gemeni \u0219i Pia\u021ba Sudului, Concept Cornerele Wine Gallery \u0219i Equilibrium Health &#038; Wellness \u0219i 3 formate noi de magazine, Shop &#038; Go, AB Cool Food \u0219i Gusturi Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. Eforturile mele \u0219i ale echipei au fost reconfirmate de votul de \u00eencredere venit din partea furnizorilor \u00een mod repetat, Mega Image ob\u021bin\u00e2nd \u00een 2012 \u0219i 2013 Marele Premiu pentru \u201cCel mai bun retailer din Rom\u00e2nia\u201d, \u00een cadrul Premiilor Pia\u021ba ale industriei bunurilor de larg consum.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>O preocupare constant\u0103 \u00een to\u021bi ace\u0219ti ani a fost s\u0103 \u00eent\u0103resc statutul de \u201cspecialist \u00een produse\u201d pe care Mega Image \u0219i l-a \u00eensu\u0219it \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput, ceea ce a \u00eensemnat satisfacerea nevoilor consumatorilor dar \u0219i anticiparea acestor nevoi prin lansarea permanenta de produse unice, inovative.
