Fiind o pasionat\u0103 de food experience, retail \u0219i horeca, dar mai ales de tot ce \u021bine creativitate \u00een folosirea de produse \u0219i branduri, nu am stat pe g\u00e2nduri \u0219i mi-am f\u0103cut loc rapid \u00een agend\u0103.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Prima persoana care m-a \u00eent\u00e2mpinat z\u00e2mbitoare la deskul de primire invita\u021bi a fost Luiza Joi\u021ba de la Progresiv. Dup\u0103 ce ne-am fotografiat, am profitat de ocazie \u0219i i-am cerut mai multe detalii despre acest concept nou de eveniment. Iat\u0103 descrierea ei: \u201cTaste Ambassadors este un expo-show dedicat comunit\u0103\u021bilor din horeca \u0219i retail, un nou concept de eveniment \u00een care chefii \u0219i barmanii profesioni\u0219ti, administratorii \u0219i proprietarii de restaurante, dar \u0219i achizitorii din retailul local \u0219i interna\u021bional sunt invita\u021bi s\u0103 descopere nout\u0103\u021bi \u00een materie de produse alimentare \u0219i b\u0103uturi pentru pia\u021ba rom\u00e2neasc\u0103.\u201d Minunat\u0103 idee!!!<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Iat\u0103 ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat mai exact la Taste Ambassadors. \u00cen sala mare de conferin\u021be a hotelului, cu u\u0219ile larg deschise, puteai observa standuri de prezentare produse plasate pe p\u0103r\u021bile laterale, \u00een timp ce pe mijloc exista o zon\u0103 de scaune, pentru audien\u021b\u0103, iar pe scena din fa\u021b\u0103 era amenajat\u0103 o buc\u0103t\u0103rie profesionist\u0103 cu tot ce ar putea avea nevoie un chef pentru a prepara delicii culinare. De fapt a fost organizat un fel de marathon de demonstra\u021bii culinare: fiecare chef din cei 14 a avut alocat \u00eentre 30 \u0219i 60 minute pentru a preg\u0103ti, a descrie \u0219i a definitiva \u201cplatingul\u201d, dar \u0219i pentru a r\u0103spunde la \u00eentreb\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Au participat chefi recunoscu\u021bi deja \u00een comunitatea horeca (\u00eei puteti vedea \u00een poza de prezentare a evenimentului), iar demonstra\u021biile lor au avut ca target, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 modalit\u0103\u021bile de utilizare a produselor aflate \u00een expozi\u021bie, \u0219i o ocazie de a descoperi noile trenduri \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te ingredientele, gusturile, tehnicile de preparare, fie c\u0103 este vorba de buc\u0103t\u0103rie clasic\u0103, fie de patiserie \u2013 cofet\u0103rie.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Am avut posibilitatea s\u0103 vizitez fiecare stand de produse, s\u0103 stau de vorb\u0103 cu furnizorii, s\u0103 gust din c\u00e2teva preparate cum ar fi quiche-ul \u0219i cheese cake-ul f\u0103cute cu produse Horeca Top de la Albalact sau desertul cu piersic\u0103 \u0219i sos dulce pe baz\u0103 de TabascoJ.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Am vizitat \u0219i standurile de produse sus\u021binute de Camera de Comer\u021b a Marii Britanii, unde am degustat ni\u0219te produse inovative: creme tartinabile pe baz\u0103 de ro\u0219cov\u0103 de la Savvy Foods sau crackerbreadurile Ryvita cu f\u0103in\u0103 integral\u0103, br\u00e2nz\u0103 \u0219i piper.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Ce alte branduri au mai fost prezente:<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>&#8211; dintre cele britanice: Pivni\u021ba Bunicii (Transilvanian Food Company), Billington\u2019s (Europro);<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>&#8211; dintre brandurile de produse pentru horeca: Edenia \u0219i La Strada (Macromex), Sam MillsTortilla Chips, Divella, Tabasco, Veuve du Vernay, Vinurile Metamorfosis \u0219i Cramele Hallewood.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>La final de zi, pot spune c\u0103 Taste Ambassadors este un eveniment ce aduce beneficii pe linie de oportunit\u0103\u021bi de business pentru mai multe categorii de participan\u021bi: pentru furnizorii de produse, pentru chefi, pentru managerii de restaurante \u0219i pentru retaileri. A\u0219 mai ad\u0103uga c\u00e2teva plusuri: networking, surs\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i inspira\u021bie.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Pentru o prim\u0103 edi\u021bie, evenimentul a fost bine organizat \u0219i promovat av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere traficul de vizitatori, de peste 450 de persoane. Loca\u021bia a fost aleas\u0103 bine, spa\u021biul suficient de generos pentru expunere produse \u0219i show culinar.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Un rol important \u00een aducerea unui num\u0103r impresionat de chefi la acest eveniment apar\u021bine lui Lauren\u021biu M\u00e2\u021b\u0103-T\u0103nase, Fondator Top Hospitality, Chefs Network Romania \u0219i Asocia\u021bia Buc\u0103tarilor \u0219i Cofetarilor Profesioni\u0219ti. Jos p\u0103l\u0103ria!!!<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>\u0218i tocmai pentru c\u0103 efortul organizatorilor a fost unul de apreciat, am c\u00e2teva recomand\u0103ri mai degrab\u0103 pentru targetul de participare vizat de acest eveniment:<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>achizitorii din retail nu ar trebui s\u0103 rateze nicio ocazie de a intra \u00een contact cu produse noi sau s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i l\u0103rgeasc\u0103 orizontul \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te utilitate \u0219i beneficiile produselor pentru consumatori;<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>nu ar trebui s\u0103 lipseasc\u0103 de la un astfel de eveniment niciun furnizor de produse cu poten\u021bial de utilizare \u00een horeca, este un segment de pia\u021b\u0103 cu poten\u021bial imens.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>O sugestie pentru edi\u021bia viitoare ar fi s\u0103 se \u00eempart\u0103 programul pe dou\u0103 zile: una dedicat\u0103 chefilor, domeniului horeca \u0219i asocierilor culinare \u0219i una dedicat\u0103 creativit\u0103\u021bii gastronomice la care pot participa diverse branduri \u0219i produse alimentare. \u00cen felul acesta cred c\u0103 se poate m\u0103ri at\u00e2t num\u0103rul produselor participante la demonstra\u021bii, c\u00e2t \u0219i al chefilor.<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>\u00cenainte de a cheia \u0219i a v\u0103 l\u0103sa cu o mic\u0103 galerie foto, vreau s\u0103 mul\u021bumesc pentru revedere \u0219i discu\u021bii lui chef Joseph Haddad (restaurant Joseph), lui C\u0103t\u0103lin Cornea (Albalact), Elenei Marin \u0219i lui Carmen Savu (Parmafood), lui Octavian Baltac (Nordic), lui Doru Zamfir (Europro), Luizei Joi\u021ba (Progresiv), Mihai T\u0103nase(Trends HRB) si lui Cezar Baciu (Rappel des Titres).<\/p>\n<br \/>\n<p>Felicit\u0103rile mele organzatorilor \u0219i \u00een special chefilor
